1. Access & License
TickCatcher grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
- You may use the API for personal or commercial projects, including trading bots, analysis tools, and dashboards.
- You must not redistribute the raw data as a standalone product (i.e., you cannot build a direct competitor to TickCatcher using our data).
- You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not commit them to public repositories.
2. API Limitations
We enforce rate limits to ensure stability for all users. These limits are hard caps relative to your subscription tier.
Free Tier
For hobbyists and testing.
Pro Tier
For serious traders.
Enterprise
For funds and platforms.
Attempting to bypass rate limits via multiple accounts or IP rotation constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in an immediate ban.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TickCatcher and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
